Download the Fedora rpm from skpe and install it.
Then run
yum install -y libXScrnSaver.i686 qt.i686 qt-x11.i686
You should then be good to go. I have all the glibc.i686 installed already so you may need extras. You can start skype from the terminal and you will see what libs it is looking for if it still fails.
